Yes. We support home users, students, gamers, creators, and small businesses. Whether it’s a single laptop issue or ongoing IT support for a team, we can help. 


Yes, depending on your location. Onsite is ideal for Wi-Fi/network issues, office setups, multi-device troubleshooting, and hardware diagnostics. Travel fees may apply based on distance. 


Absolutely. We can help with device rollouts, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 setup, security basics (MFA, backups, antivirus), shared drives, printers, networking, and streamlined onboarding for new staff. 


Yes. We can offer ad-hoc support or ongoing arrangements, including preventative maintenance and priority response options.

Yes, After-hours/weekend bookings are available by request and may include a surcharge. 


 No problem, just let us know as early as possible and we can reschedule. 


 Yes. We build PCs for gaming, streaming, video editing, music production, office work, and general home use, tailored to your goals and budget. 


Yes. We can install Windows/Mac (or Linux), update BIOS/firmware/OS when appropriate, install drivers, and set up essential software. 


Common issues include slow performance, random crashes, blue screens, overheating, failing drives, Wi-Fi dropouts, software errors, startup problems, and hardware faults. 


Yes. We offer tune-ups that can include internal dust cleaning, thermal checks, software cleanup, updates, startup optimization, storage health checks, and backup review. 


A consultation is a focused session where we review your needs and provide practical recommendations such as upgrade advice, network improvements, security basics, business setup, any issues, questions or planning a new PC build for home, work, gaming or business. 


We offer card payments (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) Cash and invoice payments. 



Yes. We can provide an invoice/receipt for all work completed 


We offer support to all of Sydney, Australia for in-person visits. This includes the Sydney CBD to Penrith, to Campbelltown to the northern beaches and the Sutherland Shire. 


If the issue is related to our work, we’ll assess it and make it right in line with our workmanship policy. If it’s a new or unrelated issue, we’ll explain the options and help you out.
